I do like the humor of this author. He has a way of putting things in perspective, well, I wouldn't have looked at something in that way! May have picked up a couple of terminology I'll have to spring on people!

Love the author's storytelling! Makes me smile and remember the days listening to the Gentry boys in Dallas. Thank you for the smiles!
A quick fun little read with several of the author's family being the center of focus. They all reminded me of growing up in that area and how different cultures evolved over the years.
These tales are very short, humorous and entertaining but only take about 15 minutes to read. The booklet should really be expanded a couple hundred pages if possible.
Humorous stories with a down to earth style. The only bad thing I can say about the book is that it's too short!
Cool to have a book about East Texas happenings from way back. I remember my family talking about relatives who did a few interesting things too. Glad Tom King put these stories together for everyone to enjoy. A fun read!
